New "SCLS Technology & ILS Support" Cards

We have recently made some changes to our "SCLS Technology & ILS Support" cards. We have updated the web address for our online Help Desk and revised the "What is pageable?" section to further clarify issues that are pageable.

So your library will soon be receiving a few of these newly updated "SCLS Technology & ILS Support" cards in Delivery. Please review and share this information with all staff at your library. Feel free to make copies of it if you need more. Please make sure that all part-time, nighttime and weekend staff have this information readily available.
