More bandwidth upgrades

Earlier in 2013, SCLS re-requested bandwidth increases for additional SCLS libraries.

Good news! TEACH has approved all of SCLS's requests for 14 sites to go from 1.5 to 3 mbps. These bandwidth increases will occur at no additional cost to SCLS Technology Services customers. Libraries receiving bandwidth increases should already have been notified. Upgrades are scheduled to be completed by the end of May.
