Acts of Kindness: Library programs for youth that celebrate compassion, connection, and cooperation
Shawn Brommer, SCLS youth services Consultant, maker, musician, book reviewer, and Anne Horjus’s friend steps in as an understudy and returns to the SCLS stage to introduce concepts that support sustainable practice and program ideas that promote kindness, cooperation, and compassion. In this session, Shawn will introduce ideas that include art projects, games, music, and other practical and fun program ideas that will enhance next summer’s program. Be prepared to joyfully return to your libraries re-energized and excited to connect with next summer’s program participants.
