Originally presented September 26, 2019 with Katie Malloy, Outreach Librarian at WTBBL, presenting.
The Wisconsin Talking Book and Braille Library (WTBBL) is a network library of the Library of Congress National Library Service (NLS) for the Blind and Physically Handicapped.
WTBBL provides braille and recorded books through the United States Postal Service for those Wisconsin residents who for any physical reason cannot read normal print or hold a book.
Join Katie Malloy, Outreach Librarian, to learn more how your library can promote these services to your community.
