New to requesting materials via Outerlibrary Loan or just need a refresher? Join us for an overview of the Outerlibrary Loan process, where we request items not owned in LINKcat for our customers. We'll focus on how to request materials, what happens behind-the-scenes, tips & tricks and how-to's. Open to all non-Madison SCLS library staff.
