Investigating Incentives

Join us for this informal webinar to learn about ways that library staff in the region have retooled their incentive-based literacy programs to serve their communities and support their organizations' missions. Presenters from the South Central and Southwest Library Systems will discuss intrinsic rewards and will highlight altruistic, team-based, sustainable, and experiential incentive program ideas. A focus will be on the Summer Library Program. Incentive-based learning is attracting attention, so tune in and help frame this state and national discussion.
