Join members of the Madison Interlibrary Loan office for a look at the new improved ILL forms and procedures. Beth Price and Alicia Lux will give an overview of the changes, demonstrate how to place requests using the new web forms, and answer questions about the new system. These improvements are made possible through the use of the recently acquired ILLiad software.
