addition of schools in Indianhead FLS

Several schools and school districts with delivery connections within the Indianhead Federated Library System were omitted from the Delivery Network listing on the SCLS Delivery webpage as well as the printable version of the list.  The following schools and districts have been added to both lists as of 2/26/09:

Amery HS - delivery via Amery PL
Clayton School - delivery via Clear Lake PL
Cornell Schools - delivery via Cornell PL
Glenwood City ES/JHS - delivery via Glenwood City PL
New Richmond MS - delivery via New Richmond PL

All of these schools have Indianhead listed as their system delivery hub ("To:" line on the pink ILL label, column 2 in the delivery network list)
