I hope you had a great weekend.

 

We are down to 9 days until the final deadline for your annual report to be ready for review.  

 

Thanks to the 21 libraries that have gone through/going through the review process.

 

Update on the PDF. It can be physically printed; however, there are some incorrect fields. Currently, Total Circulation in Section II and 2a & b in Section XII are printing the wrong value or not printing at all. DPI/LibPAS are aware and are working on a solution. I will keep you posted. If you have a Board Meeting before the printing issue is fixed, and your report is ready to be presented, you can print a screen shot to present to your Board and have your Board President on stand-by to sign the PDF when available.

 

Also, I know a note went out about sending the System Effectiveness form separately to DPI. Please include this form with your annual report. SCLS will send everything in one packet. That way we ensure DPI gets all the necessary paperwork at once, nothing missing.
