Update for Thursday, February 23, 2023

Good Morning Everyone,

 

Hope you all are staying safe with this crazy weather. This is just a reminder that all signed copies of your annual reports are due to me by the end of day tomorrow, February 24, 2023 (scanned and emailed). Unfortunately, there are no exceptions. I must have them by this date so I can do final reviews and approvals before I upload the reports to DPI. 

 

We are in the home stretch and soon we can put all of our attention on 2023. Thanks to everyone for making this a priority and getting the reports finished in 32 days. You are AWESOME.

Ginger and Nutmeg want to remind you that today is the day. First review deadline. For those that have not turned in your reports to be reviewed, please have them to me by the end of business today. If you have questions, I will be in the office until 2:30.

 

The next deadline is fast approaching. Friday, February 24, I need all reports scanned and emailed to me with signatures.

Update for Monday, February 13, 2023

Happy Monday Everyone.

 

It has been a busy, busy day. I have been reviewing lots of reports.  Thank you for working hard to get these finished and turned in to me. 

 

This is a reminder for those that have not turned in their annual report for a first review. The deadline is this Wednesday, February 15th. My goal is to have reports locked and ready for signature by Friday, February 17.

 

Don't forget, all reports need to be signed, scanned and emailed to me by Friday, February 24th. 

 

We are almost to the finish line.

Update for Monday, February 6, 2023

Good Morning Everyone

 

I hope you had a great weekend.

 

We are down to 9 days until the final deadline for your annual report to be ready for review.  

 

Thanks to the 21 libraries that have gone through/going through the review process.

 

Update on the PDF. It can be physically printed; however, there are some incorrect fields. Currently, Total Circulation in Section II and 2a & b in Section XII are printing the wrong value or not printing at all. DPI/LibPAS are aware and are working on a solution. I will keep you posted. If you have a Board Meeting before the printing issue is fixed, and your report is ready to be presented, you can print a screen shot to present to your Board and have your Board President on stand-by to sign the PDF when available.

 

Also, I know a note went out about sending the System Effectiveness form separately to DPI. Please include this form with your annual report. SCLS will send everything in one packet. That way we ensure DPI gets all the necessary paperwork at once, nothing missing. 

 

Don't forget, Annual Report Office Hours are this Friday, February 10^th at 10:00 am. If you have questions, stop on by Meeting Registration - Zoom
