Day one almost in the books.
Thanks for all the great questions today. We have had a few hiccups with a few fields on the form, but this is to be expected. So, as of now here is what we are dealing with.
- We will not be able to print clean, signable PDF's until early February.
- For Section III Users / Use questions 4b and 5b were not displaying and for Use of Digital Resources 6d, 7a, and 7b were not displaying. This is fixed. There is still an issue with visibility of the value stored in the field. Once a selection is made from the dropdown or a number is entered and the user tabs away from the field, the box remains blank though a value is saved in the database. This issue is known to be affecting 4b, 5b, 6d, 7a, and 7b. Fix under investigation.
If you run across problems with fields that calculate a value not adding correctly (example Section II #11) after you fill in the necessary fields to calculate this value, click "SAVE" to refresh the form. If the calculated value is still incorrect, "SAVE" then log off and log back in. This should fix the issue for now.
