All Federal Student Aid publications are available online. Some are available in hardcopy and some will only be available in online-versions only. Here are the sites where you can download publications:
- www.FSAPubs.gov allows financial aid administrators, school counselors, and college access professionals to order hard copy publications in bulk. See www.fsa4counselors.ed.gov for details on ordering at FSAPubs.
- www.edpubs.gov is the ordering site that students and parents should visit to order single copies of hard copy publications.
- www.studentaid.ed.gov/pubs offers student- and parent-oriented publications in PDF. Note that a number of items in PDF are not available in hard copy from FSAPubs or EDPubs, so be sure to visit this page to find a variety of useful fact scheets and other items that you can print out, email to students, or post to your website.
- www.fsa4counselors.ed.gov has publications specifically designed for the counselor or mentor. Take a look in the "Counselor Resources" and "Getting the Word Out" sections as well as the "Materials and Resources" page of the "National Training for Counselors and Mentors" area of the site.

Library Receives Grant
The Community Foundation of Greater South Wood County has granted the Lester Public Library of Rome with a one-time special grant of $6,550. Jennifer Lambert, technical assistant at the library, is very excited about offering computer help with the assistance of this grant. "I think this is a wonderful opportunity for our library to expand its services and provide our patrons and community members with an opportunity to broaden their skills and abilities."
The purpose of the grant is to support equipment and staff technical assistance over a two-year period. The Rome Library is creating a program to help address computer access, availability, and educational needs in the community. C.O.A.C.H. (Community Open Access to Computer Help) is designed to provide two different learning experiences: the first is access to two laptops with technical assistance and the second is a technology "petting zoo"; a digital camera, a Kindle, and other gadgets will be presented at regular intervals, allowing participants to "test drive" a device with a knowledgeable staff person on hand to guide their learning experience.
We would like to thank the Community Foundation of Greater South Wood County for their generous support. We also want to express our gratitude to the contributors of the Community Grants Funds who helped make this possible.
