As you continue work on your 2011 Annual Report, I wanted to remind you that statistical information you may be waiting for is already available on the SCLS website. Some may be waiting for the combined Dynix and Koha circulation by PSTAT report because it will include the subtotaling that makes things easier. We hope to have that corrected report ready soon. In the meantime, the raw data is available to create your own spreadsheet. More information about this is available in the FAQ at http://www.scls.info/ils/reports/faq.html.
Once the combined circulation by PSTAT report for Koha and Dynix is completed, we will post it on the Koha Annual Reports page and send out emails.
For those of you that have already completed your annual report, the Dynix report corruption occurred in the following PSTAT Range: Range - D-108 through D-15.02. If you used the subtotalled Dynix spreadsheet, you will want to double-check the numbers for those PSTATs with the Dynix Circulation Statistics report found on the FAQ page referenced above.
